Tara was promoted to Volleyball Coordinator in September of 2011.  Prior to that, she served as Volleyball     Professional / Master Coach for NVA.  Tara graduated from Graceland University in Lamoni, IA where she was a setter under the 12-time Heart of America Athletic Conference Coach of the Year, Stew McDole. In her fifth year of college she was given the opportunity to accept the position of Head Coach of one of Graceland’s junior varsity volleyball teams. She led her team to the JV HAAC Conference Championship. Tara has a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Health with a Coaching minor. She coached for three years at the high school level in Missouri before moving to Lincoln. She was the Head Coach for the NVA 16 Black team during the 2009-2010 club season, and Head Coach for the NVA 14 Black and 17 Adidas teams this past club season. In addition to her duties at NVA, she also serves as the Junior Varsity Head Volleyball Coach at Waverly High School.
