Lincoln Extreme Club Volleyball – (December – June) Club volleyball provides elite training by experienced coaches to allow athletes to improve their overall volleyball game, reach a personal goal to play volleyball on a high school team and exposure to volleyball regionally and nationally. Open to ages 10-18.
Club Prep & Play – (January – April & September - December) Club prep athletes receive training similar to our club teams by experienced coaches. The goal is to prepare girls with the physical skills necessary to compete on a club team in the future and in turn reach their personal volleyball goals for their junior high/high school seasons. Open to ages 9-14.
Mini Volleyball – (January – May & August – December) Mini volleyball is designed to reach young inspiring volleyball athletes by introducing them to a variety of volleyball related activities stressing motor mechanics, balance, hand-eye coordination and the fundamentals of the game. Throwing, catching, running and jumping are skills that all children must be able to execute in a safe and correct manner. Mini Volleyball will stress these fundamental athletic skills and introduce the exciting world of volleyball to these “Mini’s”! Open to ages 7-9.
VolleyKids – (March – May & August – December) The ages of 3-6 years old are crucial to the development of children’s motor skills. This program introduces VolleyKids to various games and activities that are fun, safe and promote proper motor skill development. Beyond the obvious focus on overall athleticism and physical fitness, VolleyKids will slowly be introduced into the exciting world of volleyball. Open to ages 3-6.
Volley Maintenance Training – (January – March & March - May) VMT is a program offered to multi-sport athletes who can’t find the time to participate in club volleyball but want to fine tune their volleyball skills. It’s designed to utilize the athlete’s athleticism to become a better, well-rounded athlete and volleyball player. Instruction focusing on the fundamentals to advance strategies of each skill will be taught. Open to grades 7th-12th.
Spring Break Clinics – (LPS Spring Break) It’s the coolest way to spend your spring break…polishing up those volleyball skills with friends! Passing, setting, attacking and serving clinics will be offered focusing on the fundamentals to advance strategies of each skill. Open to ages 12-18.
Club Train and Play – (April – June) A fresh new twist to Club Prep and Play. CTP picks up where Club Prep left off. This program offers training AND competition every session. Open to ages 9-12.
DI Training – (May – June) DI Training is offered to athletes interested in attending a college summer camp or looking to play at the next level. The program is conducted by a former DI Head Coach and focuses on fundamentals, strategies, conditioning and other details of the game needed to be prepared for the next level. If you plan to attend a college volleyball camp this summer, this program will give you the tools you need to make the best impression you can at camp. Open to grades 8th -12th.
Summer Clinics – (June – August) Throughout the summer, NVA will offer spot clinics conducted by experience coaching to help polish athletes’ skills in passing, setting, attacking and serving clinics. Each clinic will focus on the fundamentals to advance strategies of each skill. Open to ages 12-18.
Speed School – (June – July) Volleyball is more than skill; its athletic ability that provides an advantage. Improve and increase speed, quickness and vertical jump in this summer program. Open to grades 7th-12th.
4 on 4 Tournaments and Leagues – (Summer) Teammates and friends join together to compete with other teams in fun, competitive competition. Open to grades 5-12.
Summer Camp Series – (July) All day camps focusing on fundamentals to advance strategies of the game. Open to grades 1st-6th and 7th-12th.
Nebraska Volleyball League – (August Tryouts, September – October) NVL is a great opportunity to improve the athletes’ volleyball skills during the fall and compete against other athletes in the area. Open to individuals and teams in grades 5th-6th and 7th-8th.
Academy Nights – (September – December) One hour skill instruction seasons focused on getting ready for the upcoming club volleyball season. Open to ages 10-14 beginning in September and ages 15-18 when the high school season concludes.
High School Fall 4 on 4 Leagues – (November) Leagues are formed to allow high school athletes to perfect individual skills prior to club tryouts. Skill training is offered the first hour and matches during the second hour. Open to grades 9th-12th.
