To register, choose sport and event. Complete the form, wait for page to refresh, scroll down for confirmation. The form is very specific. Payments can be made online OR make checks payable to the Lincoln Sports Foundation 7600 N. 70th Street, Lincoln NE 68517.

Soccer leagues: Please register as a team registrations. Spots are guarenteed only after a deposit had been received.

All players must have a current Waiver on file with the Abbott staff. Mail or bring to the first day of the program. This is the 2010 Waiver form.
