******IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Please read*****

The Nebraska Midget Football League is a competitive league and we are a competitive organization, with that being said it’s important to stress the fact that playing time is not guaranteed; it is earned (more so for the older teams but applies to the 6-8 and 9yr olds also). Ability and experience both play a huge part in how much playing time your child will or will not receive; attitude is a huge factor! Missing practice will also affect playing time. We practice 4 times a week so, if your child misses 1 practice (without prior notice and approval) that would equate to 75% or a “C”, 2 practice 50% or an “F” etc – playing time will suffer as a result.

Former Husker/Nebraska Football Academy Director, Riley Washington, believes Hard work, Dedication, Respect, Attitude, Loyalty, and Commitment lead to team success!  NFA offers both a high level of coaching focused on teaching proper fundamentals, as well as striving to promote teamwork, good sportsmanship and excellence both on and off the field!
