The Fun and Run Conditioning Program is a NEW program designed to get the most out of our younger athletes by utilizing a number of fun and competitive drills while focusing on proper technique and mechanics. Each training session will last 1 hour and will focus on a specific area that is beneficial for an athlete's peak performance.
MONDAY - Speed/Agility Specific - focusing on PROPER running mechanics and form. Utlizing proper form will allow an athlete to maximize his/her full speed, quickness, and agility.
WEDNESDAY - Skills Specific - focusing on specific skill sets needed for football.
SATURDAY - Strength Training - Athletes are taken through a number of drills in order to help build muscle endurance and strength utilizing natural body weight.

Farod Jackson - Former Running Back/Full Back for the Arkansas Razorbacks; former NFL Jacksonville Jaguar.
