NSA Bare Foot Soccer

Bare Foot Soccer
Bare Foot Soccer is a type of training utilized  in all parts of the world. This type of training helps players learn how to properly touch the ball by practicing barefoot. The more a player practices the movements barefoot the more precise and fluid the movements become.
Benefits of Bare Foot Soccer:

  •  Players develop a better sense of what they are doing with the ball as well as improving technique.
  • Players get a better feel for ball movement, proper form, and  learn the correct part of the foot to use for different types stikes.
  • Physically training barefoot also strengthens all of those small muscles in the feet; you will also help to strengthen the joints and ligaments in the ankle and lower leg as well.
  • Since soccer players (and most athletes) use their feet so much to not only play the sport of soccer but to be athletic too, training their feet to get stronger will absolutely increase their soccer speed, make them stronger which in turn will make them more explosive and will also reduce the number of lower leg injuries as well.
